I’ve made and eaten alot of guac in my day and let me tell you this is good stuff. Simple, healthy, fresh and spiiiiicy. Eat with chips, carrot sticks or in your homemade burrito bowl for all that creamy goodness.
These muffins are so great for breakfasts on the go, pre workout snack or to fill that 3pm hunger void. Ps. They go really well with a dollop of buffalo sauce.
One of the things I crave the most is FRIES so I did a bit of experimenting and have come up with a skinnier way of making fries without the excess calories!
