and eaten alot of guac in my day and let me tell you this is good stuff. Simple, healthy, fresh and spiiiiicy. Eat with chips, carrot sticks or in your homemade burrito bowl for all that creamy goodness.
The Perfect Spicy Guacamole
2 medium avocados
1 tbsp fresh lime juice
1/4 cup chopped onion
2 chopped jalapenos (if you want it less spicy remove some or all of the seeds)
- Put all the ingredients in a blender/food processor. (I used my nutribullet and it worked perfectly).
- Blend until smooth and serve. So dang easy.
