Avocado Toast with Egg and Sriracha

This is perfect for using up a ripe avocado, getting your morning protein and a getting little bit of spice!

Of course, if you don’t like sriracha, you can leave it off or replace with a little tomato ketchup.

Can be gluten free if you use GF bread πŸ™‚

Avocado Toast with Egg and Sriracha

oil spray

1 egg (two if you’re hungry)

slice of multigrain bread

half an avocado


salt and pepper

  1. Coat your pan with oil spray and pop inΒ your egg.
  2. Toast the bread and once it is done spread the avocado all over. Season with salt and pepper.
  3. When the egg is done put it on top of the avocado and then add the sriracha.


Easy Peasy!
