This is perfect for using up a ripe avocado, getting your morning protein and a getting little bit of spice!
Of course, if you don’t like sriracha, you can leave it off or replace with a little tomato ketchup.
Can be gluten free if you use GF bread 🙂
Avocado Toast with Egg and Sriracha
1 egg (two if you’re hungry)
slice of multigrain bread
half an avocado
salt and pepper
- Coat your pan with oil spray and pop in your egg.
- Toast the bread and once it is done spread the avocado all over. Season with salt and pepper.
- When the egg is done put it on top of the avocado and then add the sriracha.
